We’re very excited to have so much great stuff to give away to you all. So let’s tell them all about it now!
1. THE GRAND PRIZE:
Not one, not two, but THREE brand spanking new Le Creuset pieces in their beautiful Marseille blue. You all may recall from this blog posting (aka my ode to Le Creuset) how much I love this stuff. As much as I love it, I also love introducing friends and loved ones to the merits and uses of Le Creuset. Hardly a week passes that we aren’t using one of our Le Creuset pieces for something! Here’s hoping you win!
2. A personally signed copy of our book, Paleo Comfort Foods.
It’s really hard for us to believe that Paleo Comfort Foods has been out on store shelves for over a year, but indeed, it has. I think we started with maybe 3 Facebook likes and 2 Twitter followers way back then. Now the book is in Costco stores and all sorts of other fun places – and we’re so thankful to all of you for the support, spreading the word, and all that good stuff. Of course, if you win the book and already have your own copy, we’d be happy to send one to a friend or loved one you think could really benefit from receiving this!
3. The Healthy Baby Code from Chris Kresser.
Indeed, there are about 23,047 books/websites/forums out there on getting pregnant, being pregnant, and what to do once you have the baby. Of everything I’ve read and seen out there, The Healthy Baby Code has been perhaps the most helpful for me in my pregnancy (and I plan on referring to it quite a bit after the wee one arrives). I’ve recommended it to friends who have struggled with fertility issues, friends who don’t know what might be most beneficial to eat when pregnant, and I know quite a few people who have referred to this comprehensive work when it came to introducing first foods to their wee ones.
4. An Evolve Foods Gift Basket
You may recall Evolve Foods as “Paleo Brands.” We’ll they’ve refocused their efforts and talents, and now offer grass-fed jerky, grass-fed meat sticks, grass-fed whey protein powders and bars, and some treats (as in cookies that have an ingredient list your great great grandmother would recognize). They have a great blog chock full of good information as it relates to the whys and hows of eating/living this way.
5. Your very own copy of Paleo Slow Cooking by Chrissy Gower.
You know and love Chrissy from her Growing Up Paleo blog, as well as being the mom to Robb Wolf’s often-talked-about nephew, Kayden (and now niece Rylee too!). As a busy mom of a very active youngster (and now an infant as well), along with running the ever-popular NorCal Strength and Conditioning, Chrissy knows full well the time-constraints life tosses our way. As a result, she wrote and published Paleo Slow Cooking, providing the masses with all sorts of recipes that require minimal time but result in nourishing, fulfilling meals. If you have not yet ordered this book, you will want to!
6. The Nom Nom Paleo iPad App.
I suppose you could say that one of the couples Charles and I most look forward to seeing at some of these annual gatherings (AHS, PaleoFx) is undoubtedly Nom Nom and FitBomb (Michelle and Henry, respectively). Why? Because what’s not to love?! They both have a wildly quick senses of humor, love great food, always seem to be laughing or making someone laugh, and make the rest of us look bad by how well they do it all! Not only that, but they launched the coolest Nom Nom Paleo iPad App this past year, and it is ah-maze-balls. Seriously, this app has made people go out and buy an iPad just to get the app. I think Apple owes Michelle a royalty check or something!

Well of course it is the Le Creuset! I have wanted one of these forever and it’s nowhere in sight on my budget!
I would love these products. Paleo has already transformed my life in so many ways. I feel the best I have ever felt without western medicine!! Just by changing my food, my digestive system is normal again, after years and years of chronic stomach pain and irregular digestive cycles

the le creuset would be amazing, it might actually get my mom to stop using the nonstick, haha. I would also love the paleo books because i come across many people who want to read about paleo in a book rather than the internet. Lastly, Paleo comfort foods would be awesome after having skimmed it in B&N, it looks amazing and i wish it was in the budget, but for now it’s online recipes for me.
